This bachelor´s thesis dissert on heating hot service water for self-contained houses by the help of heat pumps. Forepart is engaged in explication of fundamental terms about heat pump and about it‘s the lowpotentional heat resources. Second quater is meted out proposal for self-contained house and its economic expediency as compared to electric boiler.

The main aim of this bachelor thesis is project of heating system and preparing it for warm water for old people´s home. The object ventilation is solved as forced with recuperation of heat from waste air in air-conditioning unit. The source of the warm is heat pump “ground-water”. In summer the heating of water is secured by the solar system The heating solids are suggested as heat-change areas.

This bachelor’s thesis serves as a search describing heating application of a heat pump. This work provides a heat pump function principle, classifies heat pumps according to the low-potential energy gain and also gives information about components of a whole heat pump device. The thesis is focused on ground water systems, their advantages and disadvantages compered with other types of heat pumps. At the conclusion of the work an orientation investment return calculation is given.
